“If education has the courage to weave ratio, intuition and emotional intelligence and pad it with knowledge, we can create multi-cultural designs and stitch these with trust.”
In our complex civilization ‘knowing Your Self’ first is a prerequisite.
‘know’ is an absolute verb without limitation. In other words, the acquisition of knowledge remains obsolete if the student/learner cannot experience and/or execute his or her knowledge independently.
My message to students in a classroom begins with “Be The Best, that You can be”, believing that the student’s confidence in self presents an opportunity for critical thinking and triggering exploration into other dimensions.
This approach requires a great deal of courage from both the facilitator and the learner since it acknowledges the uniqueness and the existing knowledge present in every human being.
